Mr. Patel, counsel for respondent relies upon an affidavit of one Zulfikar Maredia affirmed on 5th September 2018 to submit that the company has complied with the directions given in the order dated 23rd August 2018. Annexed to the affidavit is an affidavit of one Bhawarlal Kothari, Managing Director of Riddisiddhi Bullions Limited affirmed on 29th August 2018, office copy of company's advocates addressed to Prothonotary and Senior Master depositing the amount of Rs.50,000/- to secure the claim of Pramod Vishwanathan and photocopy of the notice given in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 29th August 2018 inviting objections and claims.

Mr. Aithe, Company Prosecutor for Official Liquidator states that the office of Official Liquidator has not received any claim or objection in response to the said notice as on 12th September 2018 and the last date Gauri Gaekwad

In view thereof, the company petition stands dismissed. Official Liquidator also stands discharged. Official Liquidator's Report No.102 of 2018 also stands disposed.

Mr. Aithe states that Official Liquidator has spent time and efforts in this matter and the company should be directed to pay some cost. Mr. Aithe suggests that instead of paying cost to Official Liquidator, the company should be directed to pay a sum of Rs.1 lakh as donation to Kerala Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund. I am in agreement with Mr. Aithe. Therefore, the company to give a donation of Rs.1 lakh to Kerala Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund and this amount to be paid within two weeks from today.
