The cause for invoking the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is in view of the fact that though the Petitioners have filed the Revision Applications against the order dated 21-9-2017, the Application for stay filed by the Petitioners in each of the above Petitions have not been taken up for hearing by the Revisionary Authority. Since the Petitioners have already filed the mmj

wp-2768-17&ors(904-906) Revision Applications and since the tenure of the earlier Managing Committee has already come to an end which would necessitate holding of fresh elections to the Managing Committee, it would be just and proper to direct the Revisional Authority i.e. the Divisional Joint Registrar, Mumbai to hear and decide the said Revision Applications filed by the Petitioners latest by 3-112017 by giving proper opportunity to the parties. The Petitioners to appears before the Revisional Authority on 13-10-2017. The Revisional Authority thereafter to fix the schedule as per his convenience but to decide the stay applications within the time frame fixed by the instant order. With the directions as aforesaid, the above Writ Petitions are disposed of.

All parties to act upon an ordinary copy of this order duly authenticated by the Court Shirestedar / Associate. The Learned AGP Mr. More to inform the aforesaid developments to the concerned authorities forthwith.
