Mr.Bangar, learned Counsel, appearing in support of the appeal, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this appeal. This for the reason that the tax effect involved in this appeal is less than the threshold limit of Rs.50 lakhs provided by the Central Board of Indirect Tax & Customs, New Delhi Instruction No.390/Misc/116/2017JC dated 11 July 2018. It directs the Revenue not to prosecute and/or press appeals in which the tax effect is less than the limit of Rs.50 lakhs. The pursis dated 29 July 2019 of the Commissioner, Central Goods and Services Tax, Kolhapur Commissionerate to the above effect is also taken on record.

Thus the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
