Having considered the office report, we allow the Applicants of Chamber Summons No.178 of 2016 to be impleaded as Petitioners in Public Interest Litigation No.36 of 2013. Amendment to be carried out by the Applicants to the cause title within two weeks from today. However, it is made clear that allowing of the Chamber Summons would not preclude the Respondents to raise objections about maintainability of the public interest litigation at the instance of Applicants, as according to the Respondents, original Petitioner had
