Heard. We have perused the impugned order. In our view, the petitioner has alternate remedy to execute the order passed by this Court. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this contempt petition and the same is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to take out appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. (A.R.
