Mr. Patel, counsel for petitioner states that Resolution Professional had moved an application on 17th January 2018 under Section 30 (6) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code read with regulations 39 (4) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India for approval of a resolution plan which had the support of the Committee of Creditors. By an order delivered on 19th April 2018, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the resolution plan subject to certain modifications suggested in the said order. Mr. Patel states that, therefore, this petition could be disposed accordingly in view of the resolution plan approved. Petition accordingly stands disposed.
