I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and have perused the averments made in the company application. The applicant has made out a case for restoration of Company Application (Lodging) No.247 of 2014 and for recall of the order dated 26th 1/2

The order dated 26th September, 2014 passed by this Court is recalled on the condition that applicant removes all the office objections within two weeks from today. Company Application (Lodging) No.247 of 2014 is restored to file. It is made clear that if the applicant fails to remove all the office objections within two weeks from today, Company Application (Lodging) No.247 of 2014 to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. No further extension would be granted.

Company Application No.859 of 2015 is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
