The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner-bank has no difficulty in vacating the premises that are dilapidated but certain time would be required for searching alternate accommodation and vacating the premises. It is stated that the premises would be positively vacated within 3 months. The statement made on behalf of the petitioner, which is in the nature of an undertaking is accepted and by accepting the statement made on behalf of the petitioner-bank which would be binding on it, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction against the Corporation, not to take any coercive steps ism
