Challenging the notice dated 2nd August, 2018 (Exhibit "A") by which Respondent No. 2 has called a meeting for cancellation of the Petitioner's appointment as a Developer, the Petitioner has filed this Petition.

It is not in dispute that the said meeting has already been held. However, we record the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 that for removal of the Petitioner as a Developer if required to be ordered, the same shall be done in accordance with law after following the due procedure.
