Learned Counsel for the Defendants filed an affidavit in reply opposing the Notice of Motion. A copy has been served on the Plaintiff's Advocate. Learned Counsel for the Defendants states that on the last occasion, i. e. on 18 November 2015, learned Counsel for the Plaintiff had informed the Court that the Advocates were in the process of seeking discharge and shall inform the Plaintiff about the next date and sought time till 14 December 2015. None appears for the Plaintiff despite this order. The Notice of Motion, which is for setting aside an order of dismissal of the Chamber Summons for default of appearance, is dismissed for want of prosecution.
