For reasons mentioned therein, the suit stands restored on the undertaking given by the counsel for the plaintiff that they would take steps to remove all office objections within four weeks from today. ` It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed within four weeks, the suit will stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
