On 18 December 2020 this application was heard extensively. It was adjourned only for the purpose of taking instructions as to whether the applicant/petitioner would intend to file a proper and better application in the facts and circumstances of the case. It is not in dispute that the applicant/petitioner has already received an amount of Rs.20,001/- as far as on 28 September 2017. Having accepted such Prajakta Vartak 1/2

On perusal of the application, I do not find that there is sufficient material on the basis of which such prayers can succeed. 3.
In the circumstances, it would be in the interest of justice that the present application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to file proper application making such appropriate prayers and assail the amount which he has already received, by supporting application with material..

The application is accordingly disposed of with liberty, keeping all contentions open.
