Since the election programme of the petitioner No.1 Union is already declared which is to be conducted under the aegis of Deputy Labour Commissioner, I hardly see any reason which warrants consideration in the present matter as regards appointment of administrator and other issues.

That being so, in my opinion, in view of above development, the petition has rendered infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
