Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the Appellants and Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, who are the contesting Respondents and the following order is passed by consent :

i.

The Company Law Board (CLB) shall without being influenced by the order passed by this Court dated 25th February, 2014, decide the above Company Petition No. 86 of 2012 on merits within a period of 12 weeks from the date of this order.

ii.

All contentions of the parties are kept open including the contention of the Appellants that an Appeal is pending before the AAIFR against the order passed by the BIFR dated 14th January, 2015.

Pending the hearing and final disposal of the above Petition, the order passed by this Court (Coram:G.S.Patel, J.) dated 25th February, 2014 shall be in force.

iv.

Parties shall move before the learned Members of the CLB on 2nd March, 2015 at 10.30 a.m. and obtain necessary directions in the matter. v.

Company Application No. 7 of 2014 stands disposed of. v.

The above Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
