In terms of the order passed on 11th December, 2017 the Respondents have considered the Petitioner's prayer for grant of opportunity to the Petitioner to complete the balance work within six weeks. The letter dated 18th December, 2017 issued by the Respondent No. 1 to the Petitioner is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner in the presence of the partner of the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner will now complete the balance work within a period of six weeks from today. Vishal Parekar 1/2

In the circumstances, in our considered view the Petition has been worked out and is disposed of as such. 4.
As it is not in dispute that the procedure to be followed for the blacklisting was not followed by the Respondents before passing the order impugned, the notice of blacklisting stands quashed.
