In the event the Petitioner is not allowed to place the bid or tender or that is not considered or the Petitioner is wrongfully excluded from the tender process, the Petitioner can challenge such action by instituting appropriate proceedings. All contentions of both sides in that regard are kept open. The Petition is disposed of.
