Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the parties and the following order is passed :

The above Petition filed under section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (the Act) shall be treated as Petition under section 17 of the Act and the learned Arbitrator shall endavour to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order. ii.

The parties and their Advocates shall appear before the learned Arbitrator in her chambers, on 16th January, 2015 at 3.00 p.m. and obtain necessary directions in the matter.
