None appears on behalf of the Appellant. We had directed the office to issue notice to the parties. The Appellant is aggrieved by an order dated 14th November, 2005 passed by the learned Single Judge in Summons for Judgment No. 192 of 2005. The suit was decreed with costs since the learned Single Judge was of the view that there was no defence in the suit.

APPL. 1341-05 the suit. It appears that Appellant is not keen in pursuing the appeal. Even otherwise we find that the learned Single Judge has, by a well reasoned order, held that the Defendant had not produced any material to show that he has a good defence to the suit. We concur with the view taken by the learned Single Judge, after perusing the material on record. Appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
