Since the Petitioner has passed away, the learned Advocate for the Applicant/Petitioner has taken out Chamber Summons being Chamber Summons No.289 of 2018 to bring on record the heirs of the deceased Petitioner. In view of the averments made in the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). The amendments to be carried out within a period of one week from today. The Chamber Summons is disposed of accordingly.
