The office objections were directed to be removed by 29th April 2016 by an order dated 11th April 2016. It is pointed out by Mr. Khankar in his praecipe that for no fault of his the matter was assigned to at least three different officers for various reasons. The last assignment was to Mrs. Gulekar only a few days ago and the work could not be completed in time. It is only on account of these exceptional circumstances that the time for removing office objections is finally extended till 20th May 2016. There will be no further extension. On non-compliance by the extended date, the Petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court, and will not be restored thereafter.
