The contention of the petitioner is that application at Exh. A moved by the petitioner in support of his eligibility as slum dweller is not looked into. The contention is that the application has been filed on 12/06/2015.

Learned APP for respondent no.1 and 2 submits that if any such application is pending, efforts shall be made to decide it as per law within reasonable time.

Advocate Morabia appearing for respondent no. 4 informs that the matter has been circulated suddenly and therefore, he nilegaonkar 1/2

In these circumstances, as after moving the alleged application, the petitioner has not made any representation and this court has been approached in the present matter, we grant the petitioner, leave to make appropriate representation pointing out his grievance within two weeks. If such representation is made, respondent nos. 1 and 2 shall look into it as per law within three months. These directions are without prejudice to the rights and defences available to the respondents in the matter. 5.

With these directions and giving petitioner liberty to approach the court again, if within reasonable time no action is taken, we dispose of this petition.
