The challenge in these petitions is to impugned order dated 26 th February, 2018 rejecting the interim application made by occupants evicted by Mumbai Urban Transport Project. It is case of the petitioners that they are affected persons and are entitled to alternate accommodation.

Admittedly suits have been filed and are pending at the City Civil Court at Dindoshi. There is no occasion to entertain writ petition during pendency of the suit and as recorded in the order dated 7 th September, 2018, the ad-interim

34-38-WP-2990-2018 application made in the suits have been declined. Thereafter in this petition as well ad-interim relief has been refused. Accordingly, I pass the following order : (i) If applications for alternate accommodation made by the petitioners or any of them are pending before the respondent the same will be considered and reasoned orders will be passed within four weeks from today.

(ii) Nothing survives in these petitions and according all writ petitions are disposed.

(iii) No order as to costs.
