The Plaintiff No.1 and Plaintiff no.2 have filed modified consent terms dated 22 nd March 2017. The consent terms is singed by the constituted attorney of plaintiff no.1 - Mr. Adil Bejon Doctor, Plaintiff No.2 - Yozmaity Adil Doctor and their respective advocates. Modified consent terms is also signed by five witnesses as mentioned therein. The witnesses - Rustom Jasoomoney, Nairman Postwalla, Zarin Bahmani and Kashmira Postwalla are present in the Court and are identified by the Advocate for the Plaintiffs and also Plaintiff no.2 and the constituted attorney of Plaintiff No.1. The witness - Percy Postwalla, is not present but an e-mail has been sent by him which is annexed at Exhibit-1 to the modified consent terms confirming the modified consent terms and a scanned copy with the signature is also annexed to this modified consent terms. The modified consent terms dated 22 nd March 2017 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 2.
The undertakings of the parties are accepted. The statements made by the parties are also accepted as
undertakings to this Court. The decree dated 9 th December 2013 will stand modified accordingly.

In view of the above, all interim applications stand disposed and all interim orders passed in these motions also stand vacated.
