Both sides now confirm that the compliance that was to be done on 4th May 2016 was completed without any incident. Matters have been resolved between the parties. The Consent Terms that were taken on record on 3rd May 2016 and marked "X" are now taken up. Ms. Bhatia for the Plaintiff is given a Demand Draft in compliance with Clause 2(i) of the Consent Terms. 5th May 2016

Having seen the Consent Terms and being satisfied that they are in order, not contrary to law, reasonable, reflect the true and correct intention of the parties and are signed by the parties on their own volition, without fraud, the Parsi Suit No.26 of 2012 along with Notice of Motion No. 5 of 2013 and Notice of Motion No. 2 of 2015 are all disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. 3.
Ms. Bhatia confirms that she has already handed over a copy of her client's letter withdrawing all police complaints against the Defendant.

Parties will be at liberty to seek drawn up decree only in respect of the divorce granted earlier.
