1] This company application seeks recall of a self-operative winding up order passed by this Court on 25th September 2014. By this order this court recorded an undertaking of the respondent company to pay an amount of Rs.30 lakhs to the petitioners in six monthly instalments. The applicant company has already paid the entire amount to the petitioners by R.T.G.S. The learned Counsel for the petitioners confirms having received the entire amount and states that now his client have no claim against the respondents.

YBG calod674-15 2] In view of the full and final payment of the petitioners' dues in terms of the order dated 25th September 2014, there is no question of winding up of the respondent company. The status of respondent company, in the records of Registrar of Companies, is shown as "Under Liquidation". The same shall now be corrected by the Registrar of Companies to read as "Active". Company Application is disposed of. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
