Reply filed by the respondent nos.6 and 7 is taken on record. The grievance of the petitioner inter alia is that the clearance
2/2 13-pil.100.2012.doc of the Ministry of Environment and Forests ("MOEF") has not been obtained for the purpose of construction of an Airport. 3.
The respondent nos.6 and 7 have filed their reply and they have stated that the MOEF clearance is not required for construction of an Airport under the 2004 notification since the investment was less than 50 crores.

We are informed that even on the last date neither the petitioner nor his counsel was present when the matter was called out. It appears that the petitioner is not keen in pursuing the petition. 5.
The petition is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
