The Petitioner has in effect approached this Court for implementation of the order passed by the learned Additional Collector dated 18/05/2018 directing Respondent No.4 to conduct the enquiry under the provisions of the Slum Act against the Respondents No. 6 & 7.

Learned Counsel for Respondents No. 6 & 7 submit that the order passed by the Collector is challenged before the Grievance Redressal Committee.

In that view of the matter, we find the interest of justice would be served by directing the Grievance Redressal Committee to decide the Appeal of Respondents No. 6 & 7 as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of 8 weeks from today.

Needless to state that all the contentions available to the parties are kept open.
