Heard learned counsel for the applicant on Notice of Motion seeking restoration of the Writ Petition (L) No. 1468 of 2017 which suffered dismissal for non removal of the office objection within time. For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the notice of motion, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non removal of the office objection within time. In the circumstances, we allow the Notice of motion and order restoration of Writ Petition (L) No. 1468 of 2017 to its original number. Office objection now be removed within two weeks. List the writ petition on 3rd November, 2017.
