At the request of the learned Counsel for the plaintiff, the suit against defendant nos.3 to 7 stands withdrawn and disposed of as such.

Learned Counsel for the plaintiff and defendant no.2 have tendered the consent terms executed between the plaintiff and defendant no.2-Mr.Shishir Kanodia. It is stated that the disputes and differences between the parties stand amicably settled. The consent terms are signed on behalf of the plaintiff by Mr.Suresh Gupta,
pvr 1-S-655-12 Authorised signatory of the plaintiff under the Board Resolution dated 14 October 2019, a copy of which is taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification. The consent terms are signed by defendant no.2. The consent terms are also signed by the Advocates for the plaintiff and defendant no.2. The signatures of the parties executing the consent terms are identified by their respective advocates. There is no dispute on the signatures and the authorization in regard to these signatures made on the consent terms on behalf of the plaintiff. Accordingly, the consent terms are taken on record and marked "X-2" for identification. 2.
The undertakings in the consent terms stand accepted. The suit is accordingly disposed of in terms of the consent terms and this order. Refund of court fees as per rules.
