They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the Arbitration Application be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Director of the Applicant and the Authorized Representative of the Respondent. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates for the parties. In the event of any of the cheques handed over by the Respondent to the Applicant being dishonoured on any ground whatsoever, the parties shall be at liberty to mention the matter before the Court and seek appropriate orders. The Arbitration Application is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms marked 'X'
