WRIT P ETITION NO.2980 OF 2019 As regards this petition, Ms. Bhatia states that the judgment of

2/2 21.WP-2979-2019.doc the Apex Court will not be fully applicable and, therefore, requests the matter be stood over to 22nd August 2022.

Since there is a challenge to the constitutional validity of certain provisions of the CGST Act and MGST Act, notice be issued to the Attorney General for India.
