Parties have filed Consent Minutes of the Order in Arbitration Appeal No.445 of 2012. The previous interim Award was set aside by consent and the matter has now been referred to the sole Arbitration of Mr MPS Rao, Senior Advocate for adjudication afresh. It is in this context that an application is made for withdrawal of the Execution Application. The Execution Application cannot be withdrawn in this fashion. However, it is infructuous and it is disposed of accordingly. 17th April 2017
