Mr. Mehta for the 1st Defendant confirms that the operations of Account No. 5330366119 held with the Citibank at its D.N. Road, Mumbai Branch have been normalized. This is stated in Citibank's letter dated 8th April 2015 to the officer concerned of the Income Tax Department. There is an amount of Rs. 3,32,353/- lying to the credit of this account. This amount should be brought into the hands of the Receiver. The 1st Defendant agrees and undertakes to do so within one week from today. Upon receipt, the Court Receiver will invest this amount in accordance with the usual

918-CRR562-15.DOC practices of the Court Receiver's Office with any nationalized bank initially for a period of one year and thereafter subject to the orders of the Court.

This disposes of the Receiver's Report. The Receiver will make the deposit in question after deducting an amount of Rs. 3,000/- as the costs of this Report.
