This was originally a contested Parsi Suit for divorce. The parties have now settled their disputes. They have drawn up Consent Terms. These are signed by the two parties and their respective Advocates. The Plaintiff is present in Court and the Defendant is present online.

In the Consent Terms, the parties have agreed to take a ATUL GANESH KULKARNI divorce by mutual consent under Section 32B of the Parsi Marriage ATUL GANESH KULKARNI Date: 2021.08.26 11:15:45 +0530 and Divorce Act 1936. Their marriage was solemnized on 7th March 2014.

The Consent Terms are in order. They are not contrary to law. I am satisfied that the parties have drawn these Consent Terms of their own volition and in reflection of their true intentions. In clause 2, there is a provision for payment of a certain sum to the Plaintiff-wife in full and final satisfaction of all her claims and dues in law.

Ms Khushrushahi hands over a demand draft in this amount which Ms Jalan accepts. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification with today's date.

The Suit is disposed of with a decree of divorce by mutual consent under Section 32B of the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act 1936.

There will also be an order and decree in terms of the Consent Terms marked 'X'.

A soft copy of the consent terms will be uploaded as a second order in the matter.

9.

The registry is to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Consent Terms is permanently retained on file as a part of the record and is not sent for destruction in the ordinary course.

Refund of court fee, if any, as per Rules.
