Mr. Bali, counsel for petitioner states on 5th February 2018, he sent an email to petitioner informing petitioner that he will not be able to represent petitioner any more and on 12th February 2018, if appropriate instructions are not received, petition may be dismissed. Mr. Bali further states that he had also forwarded a letter by speed post to petitioner which was returned undelivered with the endorsement "Left, Add. Return to Sender". Mr. Bali and Mr. Vashi state that petition was never advertised, though it was admitted earlier, as the order of admission was recalled. Mr. Bali tenders a photocopy of the email dated 5th February 2018 and a photocopy of the envelope with the endorsement which are taken on record and collectively marked 'X' for identification.
