The Judge's Order seeks permission to the Applicant (original Petitioner), to whom probate has been granted of the last will and testament of the deceased, Susai Mery Amuldas Chettiar, for sale of immovable property of the deceased, being a tenement in a chawl, in accordance with a Draft Sale Deed, which is annexed to the affidavit in support of the Judge's order, and distribution of the sale proceeds among the legatees in accordance with the directions in the will. All legal heirs and next of kin of the deceased have given their consents through no objection affidavits. These affidavits are produced with the affidavit in support of the Judge's order. Permission to sell and distribute sale proceeds is accordingly granted. A separate Judge's order to that effect is signed. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of the order. (S.C.
