The Court Receiver's Report is for discharge of the Court Receiver on account of non-lodgment of the order appointing the Court Receiver.

Learned Counsel for the original Petitioner has no objection to the Court Receiver being discharged but she submits that costs of the report should not be ordered against her client. She submits that even before this report, which is filed by the Court Receiver, she had already applied for discharge of the Court Receiver.

The Receiver is accordingly discharged in terms of prayer clause (a). The costs, charges and expenses of the Receiver shall be paid Pg 1 of 2

crr317-14.doc by the Petitioner within three weeks of the Receiver communicating such costs, charges and expenses to the Petitioner. 4.

No order of costs on the Report.
