This Judge's Order is sought by the original Petitioner, who has a grant in her favour of Letters of Administration to the property and credits of the deceased Francis Coelho Grotto Vella. The grant was made on 21 May 2014. The Petitioner now seeks an order for sale of immovable property forming part of the estate of the deceased in accordance with an Agreement for Sale annexed as Exhibit-B to the affidavit in support of the Judge's order. The Petitioner also seeks an order for distribution of sale proceeds amongst the legal heirs of the deceased in accordance with law. All legal heirs and next of kin of the deceased, whose names are set out in para 4 of the petition, have given their consent affidavits in support of the application.
