Petitioner's grievance is that his water connection is disconnected on 21/8/2018. A Civil Suit filed by the petitioner is pending before the Bombay City Civil Court at Bombay being Long Cause Suit No. 2113 of 2018, wherein the trial court has passed order on 20/08/2018. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter and in the fact we observe that petitioner may approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief in respect of the water connection. 3.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
