After this writ petition was argued for some time and bearing in mind the nature of reliefs claimed when, we expressed our disinclination to grant the same, on instructions Mr Thorat seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a suit. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
