The counsel seeks leave to amend the plaint accordingly. Mr.A.B.Shinde appearing for the defendant no.1 has no objection. Leave to amend the plaint to reduce the claim to Rs.37,00,000/- is granted. Amendment to be carried out and amended plaint to be served within a period of three weeks.
