In view of the orders passed by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation which are brought on record in the companion Writ Petition No.1711 of 2016, the only substantive prayer which is prayer clause (a) does not survive. Remedy of the Petitioner now is to challenge the orders which are passed by the Municipal Corporation in accordance with law. Accordingly, we dispose of the Petition by granting liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the orders passed by the Municipal Corporation in accordance with law.
