The prayer in this petition is to direct the respondent no. 1 Revisional Authority to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's Revision Application No.4104 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible. Learned AGP submits that the petitioner's revision shall be decided within six weeks. Accordingly we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent no.1 to consider and take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the said revision application within six weeks form the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petition is disposed of.
