This is an application for directions to the respondents to issue duplicate share certificate for 31,860 shares to the applicant.

By an order dated 1.7.2016 this Court had issued notices to the respondents making it returnable today. The applicant has filed an affidavit of service dated 17.7.2017 stating that the respondents have been duly served by RPAD. The Section Officer of the Company Department of this Court has also filed service report stating that, the online status of the track report downloaded from the site of Indian Postal Department, mentions that items are delivered to the respondents.

Despite service none appears for the respondents.

/ ca-80-17-54 It appears that the respondents have no serious objection for granting relief to the applicant.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the application and in the interest of justice, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The respondents are directed to issue duplicate share certificate within 4-weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
