Mr. Singh and Ms. Jain state that the signatories to the settlement agreement are present in Court and identify them.

Order in terms of the settlement agreement. All undertakings are accepted and so ordered.

Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay to remit the amounts and also pay the poundage as mentioned in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the settlement agreement. Prothonotary and Senior Master will remit the amounts in US dollar currency at the rate applicable on the date of Gauri Gaekwad
