The Petitioner seeks letters of administration in respect of the property and credits of the deceased. There are in all 38 legal heirs of the deceased. The Petitioner intends to transfer the immovable property forming part of the estate of the deceased in the names of all legal heirs. The Petitioner undertakes to deposit the transfer deed with the office of the Prothonotary & Senior Master for retention of the same until further orders by this court and in view of this undertaking, seeks dispensation with the office requisition of justifying surety in respect of a minor legal heir, namely, Rishikesh Anil Chaurasia, the grandson of the deceased. All other legal heirs and next of kin of the deceased, who are mentioned in para 4 of the petition, have given their consents for grant of letters of administration to the Petitioner. The Judge's order seeks directions concerning transfer of the immovable property in the joint names of the legal heirs of the deceased Shankarrao Atmaram Mantri. A separate Judge's order is accordingly signed.
