The Petitioners prayed for direction to Respondent No.3 to submit factual report in respect of Slum Rehabilitation Scheme submitted by Respondent No.4 in terms of order dated 07/04/2018. Shri Patil learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 states that due to certain genuine difficulties, 1/2

In this view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition, hence, Writ Petition is disposed of.
