This is Plaintiffs' Chamber Summons for amendment to the Plaint and Notice of Motion. There is no Written Statement. In fact, the Defendants have filed an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, and on hearing Ms. Panda and Mr. Gada, the Chamber Summons is allowed, expressly keeping open all rights and contentions of the 21st September 2016
