After this matter is argued for some time, Mr. Tamboly points out that the agreements in question are not one. The arbitration agreement is not in one document; however there are several different certificates similar to one at Exhibit-A to the application, all of which contain independent agreements. In view thereof, he has instructions to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this court with a fresh application in each of these agreements. 2.
