The learned counsel for the Assessee submits that for both the years i.e. 1986-87 and 1987-88, the tax effect liability is less than Rs.20,00,000/-.

The CBDT Circular dated 10th December 2015 would also apply to Reference in view of the Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in Commissioner of Income-Tax v. Sunny Sounds P.
